While your jewellery is long lasting, it is not invincible and requires proper care to keep it looking its best, so to extend the life of your pieces, avoid harsh chemicals (lotions, perfumes, cleaning agents) and store them in a dry, soft pouch when not in use. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. All original packaging, boxes, pouches, certificates, tags, and inserts must be included. Any complimentary or promotional gifts received with your order must also be returned in their original condition.
Once placed, orders are sent to our warehouse within minutes and cannot be modified or canceled. If you change your mind, please use our returns process.
