Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or busy holiday periods.
Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes. This means we are unable to cancel or modify orders after placement.
If you placed your order by mistake or change your mind, you can use our returns process to send the items back.
- Out-of-stock items: Store credit may be issued, or a refund can be requested.
- Unshippable orders: If your order cannot be shipped, a customer service representative will contact you.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Important: Luxhira reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.
- Gifts received with your order must also be returned to process a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@luxhira.ca with your order number.
- We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will automatically be deducted from your refund to help us keep prices fair.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the carrier.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process first. Once returned, you can place a new order for your preferred piece.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping
- All orders are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
- Gift wrapping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
- High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Lost or Missing Packages
All orders include tracking. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check your mailbox, porch, or community box.
- Confirm with household members, neighbors, or building concierge.
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan "Delivered" early.
- If your package is still missing, contact us within 7 days. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll resend or refund your order.
Please note: Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for theft or loss afterward.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
- All items are carefully checked before shipping.
- If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 24 hours at info@luxhira.ca with photos of the item.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee compensation, as damage may be considered misuse.
- Confirmed faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
