Thank you for shopping with Luxhira, where every order is carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives beautifully and securely. Please review our full Shipping Policy below. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • During high-volume periods, new launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Note: Orders with personalized or custom items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, carrier disruptions, or peak-season demand.
  • Luxhira cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is handed to the carrier.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier link.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

5. Shipping Address Policy

  • All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Luxhira cannot modify or change addresses once an order is submitted, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse.
  • If you notice an error, contact info@luxhira.ca immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur:
  • A reshipping fee to send the order again
  • Deduction of any carrier return costs from your refund if you choose not to reship
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Ownership, Risk, & Delivery

  • Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment from Luxhira.
  • Risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer at that time.
  • Tracking showing “Delivered” constitutes proof of delivery. Luxhira is not liable for theft, loss, or misdelivery once a package is confirmed delivered.

7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, or community delivery area.
  • Confirm with neighbors, household members, or building management.
  • Wait up to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” prematurely.
  • If still missing, contact info@luxhira.ca within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Luxhira will open an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
  • Packages stolen after delivery or reported lost after 7 days are not the responsibility of Luxhira.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • Notify info@luxhira.ca within 24 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, including:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Verified claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may be ineligible, as damage may be considered post-delivery.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country.
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities.
  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, import duties, or taxes, no refund will be issued. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable customs charges for their order.

10. High-Value Orders & Signature Requirement

  • Orders exceeding $300 CAD may require a signature upon delivery.
  • If unavailable to sign, contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or local pickup.

11. Delays, Force Majeure & Carrier Liability

Luxhira is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Postal or carrier disruptions
  • Strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • Delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms. Any delays beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.

12. Split Shipments

  • In rare cases, items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
  • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.

13. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

  • Estimated shipping dates for pre-order or out-of-stock items are displayed on the product page.
  • Dates are estimates and may change due to supplier or manufacturing delays.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless stated otherwise.

14. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • Packages refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable will be returned to Luxhira at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Repeated refused shipments may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
